摘要
随着现代化办公技术的快速发展,使用协同办公系统的企业逐年增加,但实际应用中很难达到预期效果,本文针对系统应用和推广中出现的各种问题,从实战角度归纳提炼了"提高全员应用意识、克服各种负面情绪、发挥知识管理作用、利用移动办公手段"等几个应用要点,旨在为企业的决策层、管理层、操作层以及信息化部门提供有价值的参考。
With the rapid development of modem office technology, the use of collaborative office system of enterprisesincreased year by year, but in practice it is difficult to achieve the desired effect, according to the various problems in theapplication and popularization of the system, this paper sums up several key points of application to improve overall ap-plication consciousness, overcome all kinds of negative emotion, give play to the role of knowledge management, the use ofmobile office means and other application elements,aiming to provide valuable reference for the enterprise deci-sion-making layer, management layer, operation layer and IT department.
