为提升秦皇岛市农村劳动力职业教育现状,借鉴能力本位职业教育在国内外实践中取得的良好效果,本文致力于探索一种适合秦皇岛农村劳动力培训的职业教育模式,以期提高职业教育培训的质量,提升农村劳动力就业能力。

In order to promote rural labor qinhuangdao vocational education present situation, using competence-based vocational education at home and abroad, achieved good results in practice, this paper is dedicated to explore a suitable qinhuangdao rural labor force training mode of vocational education, in order to improve the quality of vocational education and training, promote rural labor employment ability.
