随着改革开放不断深化,市场经济意识已深入人心,极大地影响着人们的思想观念。在这种条件下,高等教育改革和发展必将面临着新的挑战。学校规模在扩大,学生人数在增加,学生的独立意识、自主意识、法律意识在增强,个人功利色彩在加重,学生在学习目的上较多地追求个人实际利益,在学习态度上缺乏进取精神;与此同时,一些教师缺乏严谨治学的态度、从严执教的精神等等,所有这些必然会影响到学校良好学风的形成。

With the continuous deepening of reform, the idea of market economy has been deeply rooted in the awareness of people, which greatly affect people＇s thinking. In such conditions, the higher education reform and development will be faced with new challenges. School size is expansion and the number of students is increasing, the awareness of students in independent, self-awareness, legal awareness are increasing, and personal utilitarian are increasing. Students show more practical benefits of individuals on the purpose of study, and the lack of enterprising spirit in learning. At the same time, some teachers lack the attitude of rigorous scholarship, and strict spirit of coaching. All of these will inevitably affect the formation of a good study style in universities ＆ colleges.
