Determination of Cadmium by the Fluorescence Enhancement Method with 1,10-Phenanthroline as Probe

摘要 在pH=5.5的BR缓冲溶液中,Cd(Ⅱ)与邻菲罗啉(phen)相互作用,导致反应体系的荧光增强,最大激发和最大发射波长分别为328nm和368nm.Cd(Ⅱ)质量浓度在0.4~21.0μg/mL范围内与体系荧光增强值(ΔF)呈良好的线性关系,检出限为138.9ng/mL.实验研究了荧光增强反应的适宜条件和影响因素,考察了共存物质的影响,表明方法具有较好的选择性,可用于环境水样中Cd(Ⅱ)含量的测定. In pH 5.5Britton-Robinson(BR)buffer solution,Cd(Ⅱ)reacted with 1,10-phenanthroline(phen)and resulted in fluorescence enhancement of the reaction system,the maximum excitation and emission wavelength being 328and 368nm,respectively.The fluorescence enhancement values(ΔF)of phen showed a good linear relationship to the concentration of Cd(Ⅱ)in the range of 0.4~21.0μg/mL. The method exhibited a high sensitivity with a detection limit(3σ/K)of 138.9ng/mL.The optimum reaction conditions,influencing factors and the effect of coexisting substances were investigated in the experiment. The results showed that this method had a good selectivity and could be applied to determine Cd(Ⅱ)in environmental water samples.
