摘要
针对复杂产品设计过程中存在多种类型的设计信息以及设计过程较为复杂等特点,研究了基于可拓分类分析模型的产品快速配置设计问题,给出了产品快速配置设计可拓分类分析模型.该模型首先基于物元理论建立不同设计信息的物元模型,然后建立不同类别快速配置设计对象的经典域物元和节域物元,利用可拓关联函数建立快速配置设计对象与已有的设计类型之间的设计映射关系,进而获得最能满足该设计对象设计需求的已有配置方案,通过对已有配置方案进行局部修改即可达到产品的快速设计.最后,通过机床设计对模型和算法进行了验证.
According to the characteristics of various types of design information and the complicated design process in product design,an extension classification analysis model based on extension theory for product rapid configuration design is put forward.Firstly,a matter element model of different types of information is built based on the matter element theory.Then,different categories of classical field matter elements and controlled matter elements of fast configuration design object are established,the mapping relationship between the design object and the existing object is proposed based on the correlation functions,and the scenario most satisfactorily meeting the requirement of the design object is obtained.Finally,an example of machine tool degign is given to verify the model and the algorithm.
