摘要
从"校企合作"到"校企一体化"这一语言流变的背后,显示的是高等职业教育校企合作办学进入到了新阶段。而全国高等职业教育"校企一体化"创新联盟的成立,更意味着"校企一体化"不再只是理论研究和实践探索的个案,而是成为高等职业教育的一种现象。"校企一体化"这一概念的核心在于"一体化",在内涵上存在"组织一体"、"功能一体"、"管理一体"三种不同角度的理解。考察目前国内高等职业教育校企一体化办学实践,主要有独立体、共建体、协同体三种模式。访谈、分析已有的典型案例,可以发现,利益因素、能力因素、文化因素、政策因素,是影响高职校企一体化办学成功实现的四个关键因素。
This language theology from the "school-enterprise cooperation" to "school-enterprise integration" shows that higher vocational education school-enterprise cooperation in running schools has come into a new phase. The establishment of the national higher vocational education "school-enterprise integration" Innovation Union means that "school-enterprise integration" is no longer just a case of theory research and practice exploration, but a phenomenon of higher vocational education. Core of the concept of "school- enterprise integration" lies in "integration" . There exists "organizational integration" , "functional integration" and "management integration" three different angles of understanding in the connotation. The study of the practice of school-enterprise integration running schools currently in higher vocational education in China shows that there are three modes of independent bodies, jointly established bodies and collaborative bodies. Analyzing the existing typical cases by interviews, we find that the four major areas of interest, ability, culture, policies are key factors which affect the success of "school-enterprise integration" running schools in higher vocational schools.
