当前,尽管一方面由于以引证计量为主的定量评价方法存在某些不足,另一方面由于一些机构把对研究成果的重视简化为工具性的评价,致使学术期刊评价体系的功能被曲解,在一定程度上造成了期刊发展"千刊一面"的异化现象。但在我国现行期刊出版管理体制之下,现有的评价体系对学术期刊的资源优化配置、出版质量和水平的提升、国际品牌打造,乃至使其做大做强尤其重要。在此背景下,作为担负着构建职业教育学术话语体系、引领和推动职业教育学术进步重大使命的职教期刊,既不能一味地为了追求评价指标而迷失自我失去特色;也不能固步自封、因循守旧,而应在遵守学术规范和坚守学术道德的同时,突出自身特色,拓展品牌发展之路。
