摘要 当前,尽管一方面由于以引证计量为主的定量评价方法存在某些不足,另一方面由于一些机构把对研究成果的重视简化为工具性的评价,致使学术期刊评价体系的功能被曲解,在一定程度上造成了期刊发展"千刊一面"的异化现象。但在我国现行期刊出版管理体制之下,现有的评价体系对学术期刊的资源优化配置、出版质量和水平的提升、国际品牌打造,乃至使其做大做强尤其重要。在此背景下,作为担负着构建职业教育学术话语体系、引领和推动职业教育学术进步重大使命的职教期刊,既不能一味地为了追求评价指标而迷失自我失去特色;也不能固步自封、因循守旧,而应在遵守学术规范和坚守学术道德的同时,突出自身特色,拓展品牌发展之路。 At present, although on the one hand due to the quantitative evaluation method based metering cited the existence of certain deficiencies, on the other hand due to a number of agencies to simplify the importance of research as a tool of evaluation, resulting in functional academic journal evaluation system is misinterpreted, to some extent, caused Journals "thousands Journal side" of alienation. In this context, as a responsible academic discourse to build vocational education system, lead and promote the great mission of the academic progress of vocational education vocational education journals, we can not blindly pursue evaluation in order to lose the characteristics and disoriented; it can not rest on its laurels, conservative, and shall comply with and adhere to academic norms of academic ethics, while highlighting its own characteristics, expand brand development.
