摘要
为了研究城市桥梁大行程同步顶升在特定的边界条件下支撑体系的真实力学行为,对钢管支撑实体空间计算应力结果和杆系结构计算进行数值模拟对比分析,从顶升支撑结构体系仿真计算方法角度出发,开展了钢支撑、承台和人工挖孔桩三者共同构成顶升支撑体系的空间仿真计算方法研究。研究表明:传统的顶升支撑结构体系计算方法基于弹性地基梁假定,计算精度不高,不能反映支撑系统的空间力学状态。本文针对顶升支撑体系整体采用ABAQUS空间仿真计算,考虑了结构的非线性特点,计算收敛良好;并与"m"法计算进行对比分析,验证了钢支撑、承台、人工挖孔桩顶升底盘结构体系空间计算的精确性。
In order to study the real mechanical behavior of a supporting system for an urban bridges long stroke synchronous jack-up under specific boundary conditions,the comparative stress analysis for space calculation results of a steel tube support and a truss structure calculation was conducted.Starting from the perspective of the simulation calculation method,the space simulation calculation method of a lifting support system composed of a steel support,a pile cap and an artificial dig-hole pile was studied here.The results showed that the accuracy of the traditional support system calculation method based on the elastic foundation beam assumption is not high and it cannot reflect the space mechanical status of a supporting system.Here,ABAQUS space simulation was adopted for a lifting support system considering its nonlinear characteristics.The calculation convergence was good.The results showed that this method is better than the“m”method.
