摘要
设计了一种等应力大振幅变幅杆。基于变截面杆的波动方程,ANSYS分析变幅杆振动模态和谐响应,设计了所需频率的等应力变幅杆。在此基础上仿真分析和比较了四种不同形状变幅杆的动态特性,验证了设计的准确性。实验测试所设计的变幅杆,结果显示,在198Vp-p的电压激励下,振幅峰峰值可达148μm。
A design of an equal stress ultrasonic horn with high amplitude was presented.Based on the longitudinal vibration theory,ANSYS modal analysis and harmonic response analysis,an equal stress horn with required frequency was designed.The dynamic characteristics of four kinds of typical horns were simulated and compared to verify the correctness of the design.The designed horn was then manufactured and tested,the results showed that its peak-to-peak vibration amplitude reaches 148 μm at a driving voltage of 198Vp-p.
