摘要
基于圆筒试验中能量守恒关系及圆筒壁在特征位置处膨胀速度的经验计算公式,建立了一种确定CHNO型炸药爆轰产物JWL状态方程参数的简易算法。该方法不仅计算量小,而且可以仅根据炸药的密度和爆速直接确定出炸药爆轰产物的JWL状态方程参数,具有经济、方便、准确的特点。采用这种方法确定了4种常用炸药的JWL状态方程参数,并与圆筒试验结合数值仿真的方法得出的JWL状态方程P-V曲线进行对比,证明该方法具有较高的精度,可以满足工程应用的需要。
Based on the principle of energy conservation in a cylinder test and the empirical formula of a cylinder's expansion velocity at feature distances,a simple method for calculating parameters of JWL EOS of detonation products of CHNO type explosives was presented.If the density and detonation velocity of the explosive were given,the parameters of JWL EOS of detonation products could be determined with this method.It did not require a cylinder test and it was more economical,convenient and accurate.Using this method,four kinds of common explosive were studied.By comparing to the P-V curve of JWL EOS obtained with a cylinder test and numerical simulations,it was shown that this method has a higher precision and meets the needs of explosion mechanics applications.
