摘要
针对变转速下阶次全息谱分析精度不高问题,提出FT细化校正阶次全息谱分析方法。用基于三次样条插值的阶次跟踪对转子时域非平稳信号进行等角度重采样获得角域平稳信号;用FT细化校正法精确计算出各阶次幅值及相位信息,由幅值、相位信息求出阶次全息谱参数;据计算结果获得阶次全息谱图。通过仿真及转子实验台信号分析表明,该方法能精确获得阶次全息谱图,且能准确根据FT细化校正阶次全息谱图判断旋转机械转子的故障种类。
Aiming at the low accuracy of order holospectrum in cases of rotating speed varying,the method of order holospectrum analysis based on FT zoom correction was proposed.Firstly,the order tracking based on a cubic spline interpolation was used to obtain stationary signals in angle domain with an equiangular resampling of rotor non-stationary signals in time-domain.Then more precise phase and amplitude of each order were calculated with the FT zoom correction method.The parameters of the order holospectrum were calculated according to the phases and amplitudes obtained.At last,the picture of order holospectrum was drawn according to the calculate results.The simulations and a flexible rotor's vibration test signal analysis demonstrated that the proposed method can be used to obtain accurately the order holospectrum of a rotor system,and to fiqure out the type of rotating machinery faults with the gained order holospectrum based on FT zoom correction.
