摘要
针对在船体湿表面敷设超弹性覆盖层,对减少远场水下爆炸冲击对舰船造成的损伤具有较好效果,而覆盖层为薄壁结构与舰船尺度不匹配,在有限元分析中易造成较大困难甚至无法计算问题,提出具有较高计算效率的仿真近似方法。该方法基于超弹性覆盖层均匀化理论,考虑应变率相关性,将覆盖层实体结构替换成等效连续体模型,对全舰船进行水下爆炸冲击响应仿真分析。对敷设、未敷设覆盖层水面实船进行水下爆炸对比试验,通过试验数据与仿真结果比较研究、分析讨论,对超弹性覆盖层抗冲击性能进行深入阐述。
A polymer coating covered wet surface of a ship ’s hull can reduce some types of damage for a ship subjected to a far-field underwater explosion (UNDEX).The polymer coating is a thin-wall soft structure,while the ship is a relative large structure.The dimension mismatch between the coating and the ship leads to difficulties of simulation, and even it is not feasible to form the detailed geometric meshes.Here,an approximate simulation method for a full-scale ship with a polymer coating was developed.Based on the homogenization theory of polymer coating,a continuum body model considering the strain-rate dependence was introduced in the full-scale ship model.The shock response of the finite element ship model subjected to UNDEX was simulated.In order to investigate the effectiveness of such coatings in blast-resistant design,the full-scale UNDEX tests for a ship with and without polymer coating were performed.The results obtained from the UNDEX tests and those of numerical simulation were compared and discussed.The blast-resistant property of polymer coating was elaborated.
