摘要
高、低压脱丙烷塔的运行优化,主要是为了解决高压脱丙烷塔塔顶冷凝器泄漏后的切出检修问题,也是乙烯装置在低负荷运行状态下的一种操作尝试。通过改造局部流程,将高压脱丙烷塔的功能完全转移到低压脱丙烷塔中,实现了由双塔双压向单塔低压脱丙烷的转换。并且经过运行优化,实现了单塔的运行操作,关键组分的控制接近设计值。
The operation optimization of high and low pressure depropanizer mainly aims to solve the leakage problem of the overhead condenser of high pressure depropanizer,which needs to be isolated for maintenance. Also it is a test run for the low pressure depropanizer under low load operation of the ethylene plant. By adjusting part of the process flow to completely transfer the functions of high pressure depropanizer to low pressure depropanizer,the operation mode of dual pressure dual column can be transferred to low pressure single column. As a result of the operation optimization, the normal operation of single column depropanizer can be ensured,and the loss of major components can be controlled within acceptable ranges.
