摘要
介绍了乙烯装置提高碳二加氢催化剂选择性的重要性和常用的选择性计算方法。分析了碳二加氢催化剂运行中温度、氢炔比、CO浓度、负荷分配、再生周期等操作参数的设定对加氢反应的影响,及如何通过优化上述反应参数提高碳二催化剂选择性和稳定性和在优化过程中需要注意的问题。
This article introduces the importance of improving the selectivity of acetylene selective hydrogenation catalyst in ethylene plant and several commonly used methods for calculating the selectivity. The influence of operating parameters such as temperature,hydrogenation acetylene ratio,CO concentration,load distribution and cycle time on the reaction is analyzed,and the optimization of above-mentioned operating parameters for higher selectivity and stability of acetylene hydrogenation catalyst and the key points to be noted during the optimization are discussed.
