SOURCE ANALYSIS OF WASTEWATER FROM NO. 1 ETHYLENE PLANT IN DUSHANZI AND THE PRETREATMENT MEASURES

乙烯装置生产污水主要由含油、含醇等有机废水、酸碱废水及初期污染雨水组成,污染物主要为油、COD、p H、酚等。污水来源包括汽包排污、工艺水排污、稀释蒸汽排污,以及取样分析或设备检修导致的油、烃物质外排。强化对排污水源头和过程的控制与监测,加强水质的分析和监控,减少污水的排放,降低高温污水温度,改造油类取样器等预处理措施,以保障乙烯装置污水外排合格,从而有效降低下游污水集中处理的负荷。

The production wastewater from ethylene plant mainly consists of organic wastewater containing oil or alcohol,acid and alkali wastewater,and initially polluted rainwater. Pollutants mainly include oil,COD,SS,pH and phenol. Wastewater comes from drum blowdown,process water drainage,dilution steam drainage,and oil and hydrocarbon discharge resulted by sample analysis or equipment maintenance. Some pretreatment measures including enhancing the control and monitoring of wastewater source and process,strengthening the analysis and monitoring of water quality,reducing the discharge of wastewater,decreasing the temperature of hightemperature wastewater and modifying the oil sampler are taken to ensure that the wastewater from ethylene plant meet the requirements,thus effectively reducing the load of centrally treating wastewater downstream.
