摘要
在炼厂气烃类分析的过程中,由于色谱柱的修整或同一色谱柱在不同仪器间切换,都会导致保留时间漂移。而不断更新组分的保留时间费时费力,效率低下。保留时间锁定是根据目标化合物的压力-保留时间曲线,通过调整进样口压力,使得新系统中被测组分的保留时间与期望保留时间之间得到很好的匹配。应用该方法对炼厂气标准样品的16种烃类组分加以锁定,实验结果证明,锁定前后样品平均保留时间的误差在0.04 min以内,锁定后样品保留时间的重复性良好,结果准确可靠。
In the process of hydrocarbons analysis of refinery gas,when the column is maintained or the same column is switched between different instruments,the retention time of components is changed. Constantly updating the retention time of components is time-consuming and laborious. Retention time locking is to make a good match between the measured retention time and the expected retention time by adjusting the inlet pressure according to the pressure and retention time curve of target compounds. In this paper,the sixteen kinds of hydrocarbon components in the standard samples of refinery gas are measured and locked. The results show that the error of average retention time of the samples is less than 0. 04 min,the repeatability of the retention time of samples is good,and the results are accurate and reliable.
