摘要
目的 :探讨颅骨缺损病理状态下区域血流速度变化。方法 :应用TCD测定不同缺损面积的颅骨缺损病人术前患侧及健侧和术后患侧ICA、ACA、MCA、PCA、BA平均血流速度。结果 :≥ 35cm2 病人患侧颅内血管平均血流速度高于正常 ,而健侧颅内血管平均血流速度正常。 <35cm2 病人患侧及健侧颅内血管平均血流速度均在正常范围。结论 :颅骨缺损病理状态下常可引起区域血流速度改变 。
Objective: To investigate the changes of local blood flow velocity under the pathological condition of skull defect.Method: At preoperation and postoperation,the bilateral blood flow velocities of ICA,ACA,MCA,PCA and BA were meassured by TCD in patient with different area of skull defect.Results:In the patients with skull defect area≥35 cm 2, the average blood flow velocity of internal cranial arteries on the defect side was higher than normal and the average blood flow velocity on the opposite was in normal range.In the paitents with skull defect area<35 cm 2,the average blood flow velocities of internal cranial arteries on the both side were in vormal range.Conclusion: Local blood flow velocity is usually changed under the pathological condition of skull defect.The changes of local blood flow velocity are important for skull defect prosthesis.
