超声引导猪尾导管穿刺置管引流治疗气胸 被引量：1

摘要 胸腔闭式引流是临床治疗气胸的常用方法，但由于创伤较大，导管刺激、切口瘢痕影响美观等因素，在老年人、危重患者及小儿患者等依从性差。本文采用彩超引导下猪尾套管针穿刺置管引流治疗气胸收到良好效果，同时扩大了超声介入技术在肺部疾患的应用，现报告如下。
