摘要
建构主义理论从心理学的角度分析学习者知识建构的过程,从而衍生出新的教学模式。本文将其与高职新入职英语教师的专业发展结合起来,通过对高职新入职英语教师特点的分析以及建构主义理论指导其发展的可行性探讨,尝试找出更有效的提高高职新入职英语教师专业发展的途径。
Constructivism theory analyzes the knowledge construction processes of learners from the perspective of psychology, thereby a new teaching mode appears. This paper combines the constructivism theory with the professional development of new English teachers in higher vocational colleges, by analyzing the characteristics of new English teachers in higher vocational colleges and investigating the development feasibility under the constructivism theory, tries to find more effective approach which can improve the professional development of new English teachers in Higher vocational colleges.
