农村劳动力迁移时间对留守老人养老的影响

Influence of the Rural Labor Migration Time on the Care Issues of Left-behind Rural Old-aged People

随着社会转型和城镇化步伐的加快,农村劳动力迁移已经变为一种常态,由此产生了大量的留守老人。对安徽、江西等省二十多个县(区)四百多位农村留守老人问卷调查表明,劳动力迁移时间对留守老人的经济供养、劳动负担、生活照料和精神慰藉四个方面都产生一定的影响。对农村留守老人养老问题应予以重视。

The rural labor migration is normally accompanied by the promotion of the social transformation and urbanization that is concerned with the life of those left-behind rural old-aged people.It is indicated in the questionnaire on the condition of those about four hundred people living in more than twenty counties or districts in Anhui Province and Jiangxi Province that the labor migration time makes influence on them in such four aspects as the economical support,labor burden,living care and spiritual consolation.And it is concluded that it needs to pay more attention to their care issues.
