构建马鞍山循环经济生态工业园的思考

Thought of the Ecological Industrial Park Construction Based on Circular Economy in Maanshan

为缓解资源和环境压力,马鞍山市应加快发展循环经济,构建循环经济生态工业园。马鞍山市可以利用政策、运用技术引导企业做好小循环,整合产业、融入区域做好产业中循环,改造现有工业园、兴建静脉产业园、构建网络生态园做好区域大循环。同时,应围绕循环经济理念,打造独具特色的动静结合、网络互补的生态园区格局,做实企业、做强产业、做活园区,推进循环经济生态工业园跨越式发展。

It is necessary for City of Maanshan to speed up the development of circular economy and construct the ecological industrial parks for the release of the pressure from resources and environment.And the City can guide enterprises to make important achievements in the circular economy by use of policies and techniques,make the more important ones industrially by the industrial and regional integration,and make the most important ones regionally by the existed park reconstruction,the venous industrial park construction,and the network ecological park construction.And at the same time the City can,with the conception of circular economy,optimize the ecological park structure characteristically web-based and dynamic and static for the promotion of the leaping development in the three aspects：making enterprises more active,making industries stronger,and making parks more flexible.
