The questionnaires of employing units＇ expectation of college graduates show the principles of employing units are to choose those who are competent for positions.Therefore,college graduates should build good views about employment,strengthen their own quality and enhance their awareness and comprehensive ability of competition.Universities should integrate all kinds of social resources to form work efforts,furthering their service for college graduates employment.
