摘要
通过用人单位对大学毕业生期望值的问卷调查发现,用人单位的用人原则通常是挑选最能胜任本工作岗位的人选。为此,大学生要树立良好的就业观,不断强化自身的素质。高校要多方整合社会资源,努力形成就业工作合力,更好地服务于大学生就业工作。
The questionnaires of employing units' expectation of college graduates show the principles of employing units are to choose those who are competent for positions.Therefore,college graduates should build good views about employment,strengthen their own quality and enhance their awareness and comprehensive ability of competition.Universities should integrate all kinds of social resources to form work efforts,furthering their service for college graduates employment.
