摘要
高校管理中的行政化在一定历史条件下有其存在的基础,但新的时期却影响了高校的发展。高校去行政化需要提升学术权力,保障办学自主权并建立良好的法治环境。
The existence of administration in university management under certain conditions is somewhat reasonable,but in the new era,impeding university development.De-administration requires promoting academic power,guaranteeing autonomous rights in running school and establishing favorable legal environment.
