管理学课程案例教学应用对策研究

On the countermeasure research on case-teaching application of management

针对管理学课程案例教学中存在的诸多问题,提出了树立正确的案例教学指导思想、提高案例资源的质量、提高教师的能力、增强学生的积极性、加大对案例教学基础设施建设的投入和处理好案例教学与理论讲授的关系等几个方面的应用对策。

Aiming at the existing problems of case-teaching of management,we advance the application of countermeasures：setting up a correct case-teaching guiding ideology,improving the quality of case resources and the ability of teachers,enhancing the enthusiasm of students,increasing investment in case teaching infrastructure construction and handling the relationship between the case-teaching and theory teaching and so on.
