摘要
在过去,终身雇佣制被视为就业保障的最高形式。随着现代职场的巨变和复杂性的增加,终身雇佣制曾经提供的保障被"就业能力"所取代。在职场受到广泛认可的新型心理契约迫使个人肩负起持续提高就业能力的主要责任。在人力资源开发方面,企业和个人应该首先在双方核心利益上达成共识,这样才能共同承担应尽的义务和责任,从而达到互惠互利。在自我发展和职业晋升的过程中,导师制尤为重要,无论是导师还是学员,都能从中受到显著和积极的影响。
In the past,lifetime employment was seen as the highest form of job security.But the idea of job security has had to evolve in response to rapid changes and increasing complexities in the modern workplace.As the concept of lifetime employment has eroded,the concept of‘employability'has become the new expression of job security.This paper argues on the one hand that employers and employees have a shared responsibility to improve the employability of employees,and on the other hand they may both benefit from this shared effort.The paper finds that the new form of today′s psychological contract in the workplace is widely accepted,and that it compels individuals to take a major responsibility to continuously improve their employability.The shared responsibility in the development process by both employers and employees rests on the mutual understanding and exchange of certain interests and benefits between both parties.In the process of personal development and career advancement,mentorship in particular can have significant and positive impact on both mentors and mentees.
