思维教学的视角:职教生核心能力培养

On the Cultivation of Core Competence for Students of Vocational Education from the Perspective of Thinking Teaching

学生核心能力的培养是近几年来职业教育领域关注的重点。核心能力可分为专业核心能力、方法核心能力和社会核心能力。思维教学是贯通三类核心能力培养的主要途径。思维素养贯穿在专业核心能力、方法核心能力、社会核心能力的诸要素中,居于统帅地位;思维教学是发展学生思维技巧的主要途径。思维能力的培养是贯穿各种教育目的的中心目的。在专业核心能力上,思维教学可以培养职教生学会技能、学会在实践中运用知识的理性能力;在方法核心能力上,思维教学可以帮助职教生学会学习、学会决策;在社会核心能力上,思维教学可以帮助职教生学会合作、善解人意。

Cultivating students＇ core ability is the focus in occupation education field in recent years. The article thinks the core competence can be divided into professional core ability, methodological core ability and social core ability. Thinking teaching is the main way to run through cultivation of three kinds of core competence. The elements of thinking quality through professional core competence, methodological core competence, social core competence, is dominant; thinking teaching is the main way to develop students＇ thinking skills. The training of thinking ability runs through various educational purpose center. In the professional core ability, thinking teaching can cultivate students＇ learning skills, learn using rational knowledge in practice; in the methodological core competence, teaching for thinking can help vocational school students learn, and learn decision-making; in the social core competence, teaching for thinking can help vocational school students learn cooperation and understanding.
