摘要
针对目前一体化课堂教学方法存在不能充分顾及学生个体差异的不足,引入翻转课堂模型对教学模式进行改革成为必然。翻转课堂在实际应用中对高职教师的教育理念和能力、学生的学习意识,以及学校硬件设施投入等方面提出了挑战。运用概念探索、应用分析、展示成果三角环式的翻转课堂模型开展教学,强调教师的引导作用,鼓励学生投入研究与实践,取得了较好的教学效果。
Aiming at shortcomings of current integration of classroom teaching methods can not fully take into account the existence of individual differences of students, introducing the flipped classroom model to reform the teaching model has become the inevitable. Turning the classroom in the practical application of the vocational teacher's education idea and ability, students' learning consciousness, challenge and the hardware facilities of the school resources. Using the concept of exploration, application analysis, show the flipped classroom model results of triangle ring type teaching, emphasizing the guiding role of teachers, encourage students to put into research and practice, has obtained the good teaching effect.
