摘要
顶岗实习是高职专业人才培养的重要一环。广州城市职业学院旅游管理专业依据系统性、发展性、易操作等原则,结合多年顶岗实习实践经验,将学校、企业、教师、学生四方全过程纳入到考核评价,构建了"二角三段四方"的全方位顶岗实习教学评价体系,使顶岗实习的各环节置于360度闭环式的监控反馈中,以客观反映学生的顶岗实习效果,切实提高学生顶岗实习质量。
Internships is an important part of professional vocational training. Guangzhou City Polytechnic Tourism Management based on the principle of systematic, development, easy operation, combined with years of internship experience, will schools, businesses, teachers, students and the entire process into four appraisal, to build a＂two corner three sections Quartet＂the all-round internship teaching evaluation system, so that all aspects of internships placed in a 360-degree closed-loop feedback monitoring in order to objectively reflect the effect of student internships, and effectively improve the quality of student internships.
