摘要
通过对新能源汽车用铅酸蓄电池不同内化成工艺的试验验证,重点研究了电池在内化成过程中不同的化成充电量、充电电流、化成充电工艺及正极板二氧化铅转化率对电池循环寿命的影响,从而优化了新能源汽车用铅酸蓄电池的内化成工艺,满足新能源汽车领域市场对电池使用寿命的要求。
Based on the different kinds of container formation process of lead-acid battery for new energy vehicle, the paper mainly discusses the effects of different charging level, charging current and charging process during container formation as well as the conversion rate of PbO2 in positive plate on the cycle life of lead-acid battery, thus to optimize the container formation process of lead-acid battery for new energy vehicle, and then meet the requirement of service life of lead-acid battery for new energy vehicle.
