摘要
针对MARPOL附录1条款27和统一解释45在实际应用中存在的问题,通过对初稳性高计算方法的理论分析,用平均装载率等效方法,简化计算工况数量。并根据统一解释45的要求运用"穷举法"编制应用程序,可以快速地计算船舶在大量工况下的初稳性高最小值。通过对计算结果的修正,使结果更可靠,可用于指导船型优化,提升设计水平。
With respect to the problems in practical application of regulation 27 and No. 45 of united interpretation of MARPOL annex 1, the average loading rate equivalent methods is used to reduce the number of loading conditions in the calculation. Exhaustive method is applied to calculating ship＇s minimum meta centric height under large numbers of loading conditions. This method can be used to guide ship optimization and improve competitiveness of ship design.
