Mastery of language learning strategies plays an important role in learners＇ selflearning. Based on the research on autonomous learning and learning strategies, three strategies, namely, metacognitive strategies, cognitive strategies and social/affective strategies have been applied to English learning of open education students, which reveals that the ability of autonomous learning.
