摘要
在低碳经济发展条件下,能源企业担当着提高能源利用效率、开发新能源和可再生能源的艰巨任务,唯一途径就是强化能源利用领域低碳技术的研发和整个能源企业的生产管理。在借鉴已有技术创新能力评价指标体系研究的基础上,尝试构建出能源企业技术创新能力评价指标体系,将已模糊化和权重组合化处理后的Topsis评价模型应用于能源企业技术创新能力评价中,并以算例的形式来验证整个评价指标体系和评价方法的科学性与可实践性。
In the condition of low-carbon economy, the energy enterprises undertake the task of improving energy efficiency and developing new and renewable energy, the only way of which is to strengthen the R&D of low-carbon technology of energy utilization and manufacturing man-agement of the entire energy enterprises. Based on the research regarding the construction of e-valuating index system of technological innovation capability, this article tends to construct an e-valuating index system of technological innovation capability of energy enterprises and applies combination-weighting fuzzy topsis to the application of technological innovation capability of energy enterprises in order to verify the scientificalness and practicality of evaluating index sys-tem and method by means of examples.
