Endogenous Motivation Mechanism of Contemporary Learning from Leifeng Activities

学习雷锋活动的内生动力机制,是构成其组织系统内部具有的对学习雷锋发展起推动作用的各种因素及其相互关系的总和,是推动此项活动发展的内在力量。其基点主要是爱国传统基础、革命传统基础、社会现实基础和公共舆论基础。学习雷锋活动内生动力机制的建设要着重强调发挥主体性作用、榜样力量、制度建设。

The endogenous force mechanism for the learning from Leifeng activities constitutes the sum of all the activity-propelling factors and correlation in the activity organaization system as well as the endogenous force in promoting the activities. The mechanism is primarily based on the tradition of patriotism, the revolutionary tradition ,social reality and public opinion. To bring the activities into effect, we should arouse the interests of the people, set advanced people as examples and establish system for the development of the activities.
