摘要
学员学习动力不足是造成成人学历教育教学效果不佳的原因之一。应以成人学历教育学员的学习动机为主题,从教学设计的原则与技巧两方面着手,调动学员的积极性,解决教学中存在的问题。
The lack of learning motivation and bad classroom teaching effect are part of the causes of poor teaching effect in adult diploma education.In order to solve these problems,we should regard students’learning motivation as the subject matter,undertake from teaching design principles and skills,and stimulate students’en-thusiasm.
