摘要 幸福课是基于学生成长迫切需要而开设的校本课程,它可以引导学生学会如何"更幸福"。要根据学校的条件和需求,探索其开设的内容和实施手段,并不断地进行反思,积累经验。 “Positive psychology”is one of the school-based courses in light of students’urgent growth needs.It can guide the students to learn how to be “happier”.Based on the conditions and needs of school, teachers should explore the content and implementation measures,reflect and accumulate experience.
