诚信是社会道德的基本要求,是维系社会正常秩序的根本准则,更是中华民族传统文化和民族精神的精髓。讲诚信既是衡量个人品德优劣的重要道德标准,又是从政为官必须具备的基本操守。因此,党员干部必须把"讲诚信"作为立身之本。

Honesty is the basic request of social morality and the fundamental principle of maintaining the normal order of the society,and it is the essence of Chinese traditional culture and the national spirit. Honesty is not only an important measure of personal moral standards but also the basic integrity of a po-litical career.Therefore,party members and cadres must peg “honesty” as the conduct foundation.
