南通扁豆品种主要农艺性状的相关性和通径分析 被引量:6

摘要 为提高扁豆育种中亲本选配的合理性,以16个南通地方扁豆品种为试验材料,采用相关性分析及通径分析方法对扁豆各性状之间的相互关系及其密切关联程度进行研究。结果表明,小区产量的变异系数较大,达到44.62%,而始收天数性状的变异系数仅为3.15%;百荚重与荚长等4对性状间呈极显著相关,7个性状与小区产量呈正相关;每荚粒数对小区产量的直接通径系数最大(P=0.7054),因此对每荚粒数进行直接选择是扁豆高产育种的有效方法;荚宽对小区产量的负向直接作用最大(P=-0.5299),因此在育种过程中选择荚宽较小的品种有利于获得高产,但荚宽过小会降低每荚粒数,从而影响产量性状。 To improve the rationality of parent matching of lentils in breeding, using correlation analysis andpath analysis method, the author studied the correlation of various characters of the local lentils from Nantongand evaluated their correlation degree. The results showed that the variation coefficient of plot yield was higherthan that of the other 9 major agronomic characters, reached 44.62%, while the variation coefficient of daysfrom sowing to first harvesting stage was only 3.15%. 4 pairs of the traits, such as hundred-grain weight andseed length etc. showed highly significant correlation. 7 pairs of the traits, such as hundred-grain weight andseed width etc. had significant correlation. The direct path coefficient of seed numbers of per pod to plot yieldwas the biggest(P=0.7054) among 10 characters, so the direct selection of seed numbers of per pod was aneffective method for high yield breeding of Lablab purpureus. The plot yield was negatively affected mostly bypot width. Therefore, to select smaller pot width during the breeding process was beneficial to obtain highyield. Meanwhile, if the pod width was too small to reduce seed numbers of per pod, the yield would be affected.
