基于DEA-Tobit模型的农业科技企业经营绩效及影响因素分析——以江苏常州为例

Analysis of Agricultural Science and Technology Enterprises Operating Performance and Influence Factors Based on DEA-Tobit Model——A Case Study of Changzhou City of Jiangsu Province

以常州市63家农业科技企业的相关统计数据为例,应用数据包络分析方法(DEA),考虑其投入与产出之间的关系,对农业企业生产经营绩效进行全面的分析和评价。通过对不同企业或园区的经营绩效进行对比评价,找出相对效率较低企业的不足并给出相应改进措施。同时从网络建设、信息管理、农业新品、研究中心、品种权数、国家拨款、省级拨款、市级拨款、高科企业、示范园区等几个方面分析对经营绩效产生的影响。

The business performance is the focus of economics. Taking the example of the relevant statistical data of some Chang-zhou agriculture science and technology enterprises in one year, Data Envelopment Analysis （ DEA） is used to calculate the technical efficiency of the firms considering the relationship between input and output. The paper comprehensively analyses and evaluates operat-ing performances of agriculture science and technology enterprises and gives reformatory measures for lower efficient form. From the as-pects of network construction, information management, new agricultural varieties, research center, species number, state appropria-tions, provincial funding, municipal funding, Hi-tech enterprises and agriculture demonstration garden from the following aspects, the paper analyzes the impact on business performance.
