宁波市战略性新兴产业与传统产业耦合发展研究

The Coupling Development Study of Strategic Emerging Industry and Traditional Industry in Ningbo

战略性新兴产业与传统产业的耦合发展作为城市经济转型的内在要求,可以避免因产业分立发展带来的消极影响。通过构建产业耦合评价模型,设计评价指标体系,并以宁波市废弃资源回收业与传统化学工业为例进行实证研究。结果发现,两个产业的综合贡献值基本持平,二者处于中度耦合,属于耦合系统发展初期,最后从战略部署、产业协同和人才培养3个方面提出优化宁波市战略性新兴产业、传统产业耦合发展的建议。

As the inherent requirements of urban economic restructuring, coupling development of strategic emerging industries and traditional industries would avoid the negative effects coming from industry＇s separation development. Through building industry coupling evaluation model, designing evaluation system, and taking recycling industrial waste resources and traditional chemical indus-try as an example, it make an empirical research on the coupling development of strategic emerging industry and traditional industry in Ningbo. It was found that, the contribution value of the two industry was essentially flat, the degree of coupling is moderate, and they are in infancy coupling systems. Finally it proposes suggestions to promote the coupling development between industries in Ningbo.
