Research advances in molecular epidemiology of rabies virus

狂犬病是一种重要的人兽共患传染病,虽然近年来我国在狂犬病防控方面采取了一定的措施,但狂犬病发病地区呈逐年增多趋势。本文对狂犬病病毒最新分型以及近年来动物狂犬病病毒分子流行病学研究情况进行综述,为了解狂犬病病毒遗传演化趋势,制定有效的狂犬病防控策略奠定基础。

Rabies is a zoonotic disease. While China has made efforts in prevention and control of rabies over the past few years,the geographical distribution of the disease is widened annually. This review focuses on the genetic typing and molecular epidemiology of rabies virus isolates in order to better understand its genetic evolution, and then provide a scientific basis for formulating effective strategies for the prevention and control of human rabies.
