摘要
目的:探讨采用切开复位微型钢板结合可吸收钉治疗Mason II、III型桡骨小头骨折疗效。方法:自2012年9月~2014年9月,我们应用微型钢板结合可吸收钉治疗Mason II、III型桡骨小头骨折13例,其中Mason II型6例,Mason III型7例。结果:全部病例随访8~24个月(平均13个月),所有病例均骨性愈合,功能恢复表示满意。按照Broberg和Morrey肘部评分标准,优7例,良4例,中2例,优良率为84.6%。结论:我们认为微型钢板结合可吸收钉应用于Mason II、III型桡骨小头骨折,固定稳定可靠,可早期活动,降低关节僵硬、异位骨化等并发症,恢复患肢功能,取得了较好的临床疗效。但本组样本数小,随访时间短,有待于进一步观察疗效。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of open reduction and internal fixation( ORIF) with mini-plate combined with absorbable screw for treatment of Mason II、III radial head fractures.Methods:From Sept.2012 to Sept.2014,13 patients (including 6 Mason II and 7 Mason III radial head fractures) were treated with mini-plate combined with absorbable screw.Results:All cases were followed up for 8~13 months(average 13 months),all fractures healed and function satisfied.Conclusion:We thaught that ORIF with mini-plate combined with absorbable screw for treatment of Mason II、III radial head fractures achieved good clinical efficacy .The fixa-tion was stable, which allowed early mobilization and reduce the complications such as joint stiffness or heterotopic ossification,etc.
