摘要
目的:了解伤残等级7级以下的肢体伤残职工就业准备心理转变趋势,为职业康复提供指导依据。方法:选取2013年12月~2014年3月苏州瑞盛康复医院收治的工伤等级预估7级以下的肢体伤残职工96例,其中7~8级工伤职工为A组(32例),9~10级工伤职工为B组(32例),不达级为C组(32例),采用林氏就业准备评估量表(The Lam Assessment of Stages of Em-ployment Readiness,LASER),对3组工伤职工进行就业准备评估。结果:3组就业准备比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),伤残级别越重,就业准备就越靠考虑前阶段。结论:肢体伤残工伤职工随着工伤程度的不同而采用相对应的职业康复干预手段,促进再就业。
Objective:To understand the trend of psychological change on employment readiness in worker with physical disability of disable level below 7, providing the guidance for vocational rehabilitation.Methods:We recuited 96 cases in our hospital from December 2013 to March 2014.There were 32 cases with disable level 7 to 8 in the group A, 32 cases with disable level 9 to 10 in the group B, and 32 cases with no disability in the group C.The Lam, Assessment of Stages of Employment Readiness was used to assess the employment readiness in the three groups.Results:There was statistically significant difference among three groups (p 〈0.05), the heavier disabili-ty level, the more by considering the before stage of employment.Conclusion: Apply different vocational rehabilitation intervention for physical disability workers according to disability level could promot re-employment.
