摘要
目的:探讨MOTOmed帕金森型智能运动训练系统对于帕金森病患者步行功能及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法:将50例PD患者随机分为2组。对照组仅接受神经内科常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,,其下肢接受每天1次,每次40分钟,每周5次,共计4周的MOTOmed帕金森型智能运动训练系统进行蹬轮训练。采用功能性步行量表( FAC)分类法和Barthel指数分别在治疗前及治疗后进行步行功能和日常生活活动能力评定。结果:经4周治疗后,2组患者功能性步行量表( FAC)评分和Barthel指数均有改善,观察组比对照组均改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MOTOmed帕金森型智能运动训练系统对PD患者步行功能的改善疗效显著。
Objective:To investigate the effect of MOTOmed movement therapy system on walking function and daily life ability in pa-tients with Park -inson's disease.Methods:Forty patients with Parkinson's disease were divided into two groups .The control group only received routine drug treatment of neural department of internal medicine .The observation group not only were given on the control group treatment , but also received the boarding training once everyday,40minutes every time and 5 times every week.After 4 weeks of MO-TOmed movement training, compare the score of walking function and daily life ability with FAC classification and Barthel index before and after the MOTOmed movement training in interior level ground.Results:After four weeks of treatment, two groups of patients with FAC score and Barthel index were improved ,but the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group improved.The difference was statistically significant (p 〈0.05).Conclusion: The MOTOmed movement therapy could improve lower limb walking function with Parkinson's Disease patients notably.
