56例HIV／AIDS高效抗逆转录病毒治疗疗效分析

56 Cases of HIV/AIDS with highly active antiretroviral therapy efficacy analysis

目的：根据对56例进行HAART治疗满1年以上的的HIV／AIDS病例资料分析，评价其疗效。方法：收集天门市2005年9月1日～2013年6月30日入组治疗的56例HIV／AIDS病例资料，对其治疗前后CD4细胞和病毒载量结果进行对比分析。结果：56例治疗对象，5例因依从性问题暂停服药，3例因发现晚，治疗不满1月死亡，48例存活在治对象经HAART治疗1年以上后CD4细胞明显提高，病毒载量明显下降，显示治疗效果良好。结论：HAART对HIV／AIDS治疗效果明显，值得推广，但患者的服药依从性和病情发现的早晚，治疗的时机对治疗效果有很大影响。

Objective：To evaluate its clinical efficacy, based on 56 cases were treated by HAART analysis for more than one year of the HIV/AIDS cases.Methods：56 cases of HIV/AIDS in Tianmen from September 1, 2005 to June 30, 2013 data collection into the treatment group before and after treatment, the CD4 cell and viral load results were analyzed.Results：56 cases of the treatment object, 5 cases because of compliance issues to suspend the medication, 3 cases by the discovery of late, treatment of dissatisfaction with the death in January, 48 cases of survival in the treatment of object after HAART treatment for more than a year after CD4 cells were significantly in-creased, the viral load decreased significantly, showing a good therapeutic effect.Conclusion： HAART for HIV/AIDS treatment effect was obvious, it should be worth promoting, but compliance and condition found sooner or later, the timing of treatment have great influ-ence on the treatment effect.
