蒙药玉簪花中二个山奈酚双糖苷的分离鉴定 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究蒙药玉簪花的化学成分。方法利用溶剂法进行提取和萃取分部。采用硅胶柱色谱、大孔树脂柱色谱进行分离,利用理化鉴别及现代波谱分析技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果从中分离了2个山奈酚苷,分别鉴定为:山奈酚3-O-芸香糖苷(1)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→2)β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)。结论化合物1,2的获得对富集玉簪花中重要成分,并进一步开展化学成分体外活性研究奠定了物质基础。 Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of the flowers of Hosta plantaginea (Lam .) Ascherson .Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and macroporous resin HP -2 0 ,and elucidated on the basis of physiochemical properties and spectral analysis .Re-sults Two kaempferol diglycosides were isolated from the flower of H .plantaginea and identified as kaempferol 3 -O -β-D-glucopyranosyl (1 →2 )-β-D-glucopyranoside (1 ) and keampferol 3 -O-rutinoside(2 ) .Con-clusions The compounds lay a material foundation for gathering important compounds from flowers of Hosta plantafinea and studying pharmacological activities in vitro .
