摘要
黄酮类化合物是一类从植物中提取出来的、具有广泛药理作用的芳香类天然化合物,其结构主要由母核中A、B、C三个环组成。黄酮类化合物由于溶解度、生物利用度差等因素而限制其在临床上的广泛应用。目前国内外学者以天然黄酮类化合物为研究对象,在已知其分子结构信息的基础上,利用不同的分子修饰方法如化学修饰法、酶修饰法、微生物修饰法等对其结构进行改造,综述不同结构修饰对其抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗炎等药理作用的影响。
Flavonoids are extracted from the plant, which belong a kind of aromatic natural compound, have extensive pharmacological effects and are mainly composed of a parent nucleus of three rings A, B, C. Because of its poor solubility, poor bioavailability and other factors, limit its extensive application on clinic. This paper introduces the current domestic and foreign scholars to the natural ilavonoids as the research object, based on the known molecular structure information, using different modification methods, such as chemical modification, enzymatic modification, microbial modification method, to modify its structure. Influence on its antibacterial, antiviral, antioxidant, anti - inflammatory and other pharmacologica| effects of different structure modification is reviewed.
