水貂大肠杆菌的分离·鉴定及药敏试验 被引量:10

摘要 [目的]为更好预防水貂大肠杆菌病提供依据。[方法]从山东某大型水貂养殖场采集病料,通过病原分离、培养特性、染色特性和生化试验等对病原进行分离与鉴定,并对分离菌进行药敏试验。[结果]共分离致病菌18株,其中有10株为大肠杆菌,说明该养殖场主要的细菌病为大肠杆菌感染。药敏试验结果表明分离出的大肠杆菌对大多数抗菌药物敏感。[结论]水貂发生细菌病后,应尽可能通过药敏试验筛选敏感药物,避免盲目投药。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to provide basis for preventing the colibacillosis of minks. [ Method ] The diseased samples of minks were collected from a big mink farm in Shandong Province. The pathogens were isolated and identified by pathogen isolation, culture characteristics, staining characteristics and biochemical tests. And the sensitivity test was conducted on the isolated pathogens. [ Result ] 18 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated, including 10 strains ofEscherichia coli. These results indicated that E. coli was the main bacterial pathogen in this farm. The results of that drug sensitivity test showed that the isolated strains of E. coli were sensitive to most antimicrobials. [ Conclusion] When the bacteriosis of minks occurred, the sensitive drugs should be selected by drug sensitivity test to avoid drug abuse.
