冷冻压榨获取食用油专利技术综述

摘要 冷榨制油技术是一种直接将未经轧胚或蒸炒的油料在室温至65℃之间,经低温榨油机压榨而获得营养价值、分子结构未发生变化的油脂和饼粕的制油技术。对冷冻低温压榨获取食用油技术领域的专利申请趋势、专利申请产出国和申请人分布进行了统计分析,并对冷榨制油的技术方向和技术手段的发展脉络进行了梳理。 Frozen-pressed is a kind of oil preparation technology that obtained the oil and rape cake which nutrition value and molecular structure had not changed through frozen oil mill at room temperature to 65 ℃ from the raw material without flaking or steaming. The trend of patent application and distribution of applicant and country in the field of frozen-pressed edible oil wereanalyzed, moreover, the developing venation of frozen-pressed was carded.
