农用地集约利用动态研究——以河北省安新县为例

在深入研究和总结国内外理论研究和实践研究成果的基础上,详细阐述了农用地集约利用的重大意义,深入理解和分析农用地集约利用的概念、内涵及特点;在科学发展观的指导下,以区位理论、报酬递减理论、可持续发展理论等为指导,运用层次分析法确定指标权重,并综合运用GIS技术、聚类分析法等方法对河北省安新县农用地动态利用进行时间尺度和空间尺度集约度的测算,并对各镇集约度等级进行划分。结果表明：时间尺度上,2002-2013年安新县农用地集约利用度整体增加;各准则层除持续状况集约度值在2011年出现大幅度下降外,其余准则层集约度都以波动形式上升;安新县各乡镇农用地利用集约度值都有不同程度增加,全县南北两头和中部乡镇农用地集约利用状况较好,集约度增长幅度较大。
