安徽省新型农业生产经营主体融资问题研究

Study on Financing of New Type of Agricultural Production Operators in Anhui Province

新型农业生产经营主体顺应农业生产发展而产生,在现代农业经济中扮演着越来越重要的作用。但是由于政府扶持力度有限、商业性金融机构融资门槛高、政策性金融机构的数量少等外部条件,以及其自身发展规模小、效益不佳、抗风险能力弱等原因,新型农业生产经营主体的发展前景不容乐观,尤其在融资方面,已陷入困境,成为制约其发展的"瓶颈"。该研究分析了安徽省新型农业经营主体的融资现状及存在的金融支持困境。通过对新型农业生产经营主体融资困境的成因进行分析,提出了相应的对策建议。

New type of agricultural production operators are generated based on the development of production, and they are playing an increasingly important part in modern agricultural economy. However, there are some negative external conditions, like limited government support, high standard of allowing business financial institutions. Worse still, because of their own reasons, such as small scale, low efficiency and poor ability to resist risk, the present situation of new agricultural production operators is hard, especially financing which has already been in dilemma, has become the ＂bottleneck＂ hindering them from developing. The financing status, existing dilemma of new type of agricultural operators in Anhui Province, and reasons were analyzed, corresponding suggestions were proposed.
